Call Forward - Forced

Description

Call Forward Forced lets you manually redirect an incoming call.

Conditions and Feature Interactions

NOTE: If the set is programmed and enabled for Call Forward Follow Me or Call Forward Always, it cannot use the Call Forward Forced feature.

Programming

  1. To manually forward calls to a call reroute, enable 'Follow Reroute on Disabled Forwarding'.

  1. Program a Call Forward Busy number and do not enable if you want to force forward the camped on call, provided the Camp-on feature is properly configured.
