Call Forward Forced lets you manually redirect an incoming call.
Call Forward Forced is only available on some phones; see Feature Availability below for more information.
Call Forward Forced is not dependent on timers.
Call Forward Forced is not available on SIP phones. However, a similar feature, Call Reject, is available to SIP users.
If more than one line is ringing simultaneously, the softkey applies to the call appearing on the lowest button of the set.
If the set is programmed for more than one type of Call Forwarding, the priority is as follows:
Call Forward Follow Me/Call Forward Always
Call Forward No Answer
Call Forward Busy
Even if the programmed Call Forward is off, Call Forward Forced will redirect the call to the programmed destination. If you do not want to redirect to that destination, you must cancel that Call Forward.
You cannot use Call Forward Forced to forward a call to a busy destination.
Call Forward Forced is not available for Ring Group or Hunt Group calls.
Call Forward Forced is not available for the following type of incoming calls:
Soft Hold/Consultation Call Recalls
Guest Wake Ups
Callbacks
Help Requests
When invoked by a non-prime member of a Personal Ring Group (PRG), Multi-Device User Group (MDUG), or an External Twin Group, the call forwarding setting of the prime member of the group is followed.
A camped on call can be manually forwarded to the Call Forward Busy destination if the user has Call Forward Busy programmed, but NOT enabled. See Operations for details.
NOTE: If the set is programmed and enabled for Call Forward Follow Me or Call Forward Always, it cannot use the Call Forward Forced feature.
To manually forward calls to a call reroute, enable 'Follow Reroute on Disabled Forwarding'.
